HOW TO APPLY

1. Apply Lip Cheat lip liner in Walk of No Shame or Mark of a Kiss. Starting on the outer corners, trace the liner just outside the natural lip line.

2. Apply Matte Revolution straight from the bullet – the square tip is designed to mimic a lip brush, so you can get fuller, wider looking, lit-from-within lips in seconds!
